When i install the drivers for my graphics card, i can hardly play a video on windows media player, it freezes. My motherboard has embedded graphics, elitegroup rs400-a, and my graphics card is a Ge force 6 nvidie. pls help.

It might be your graphics card driver, so check driverguide.com. It could also be the latest Java hack, I recommend you scan your computer, its that install the latest Windows Media Codec, while some are legitimate some are malicious.

1. try to disable your embedded graphic card. to do that jump to step A.
2. try to install latest video drivers from nvidia.com (in download drivers section)
3. try to search on google.com ("download %26lt;your motherboard make and number%26gt; drivers", without quotes and %26lt;%26gt;
A. Right click on My Computer icon from desktop, click on manage, wait to open a wondow and click on the Device Manager in left side of the opened window, click on Display adapter on the right side and execute a right click on the video cart that you want to disable and choose disable option.
Reboot your PC or Laptop and try to watch a movie..
