Wat graphics card should i get ?

hi guys

umm i realy need help with choosing a new graphics card.

i hav $200(australian) to spend on a new graphics card.here are my specs

OS- Vista Home Premium

Motherboard-Asrock 4Coredual-VSTA (supports both AGP x8 and PCI-E x4 aslo a quad core cpu)

CPU- Pentium D 820 2.8GHz 2MB Cache

RAM- 2x 1GB DDR2 533 MHz

Graphics card- ATI Radeon X800pro 256MB GDDR3 256Bit AGP

and also plz plz plz tell me wat graphics card is better for games (say wat would perform better on Crysis) my graphics card or this 1 in the link below plz look and tell me

get 8600gt (or better)

upgrade ram to 4gigs (vista will read 4gigs on sp1)

get any c2d processor
