Graphics card help please!?

Im getting a graphics cards.

and im just wondering.

when i add on the card, do i have to delete the old graphics card from my computer? or what do i have to do?

and if i do have to delete my graphics card, where do i go to do it?

errmm u have a desktop pc right?

if not a laptop can't take a new gfx card.. its soldered on to the board..

if u have a desktop you open the case and put it in place of the exsisting one..

but i'm worried, since the way you ask. did u check the gfx card type? pci-e / agp etc?

you can't delete ur graphic card.. u can delete the graphic card drivers.. sure...

you just open the case pull out the old one and put the new one in. then you install the driver that should come with it.

you can leave the old video card driver on it shouldnt conflict but if it does or you just want to you go to the device manager and delete the driver
